However, we understand that certain situations may arise where you may wish to return, exchange, or cancel an order. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, and cancellations.

(a) You wish to return goods purchased due to a valid reason.
(b) You wish to request a refund for goods purchased, subject to conditions.
(c) You wish to cancel an order within a limited timeframe.
Please note that Atteebulhindi reserves the right to modify, limit, or refuse returns, refunds, or cancellations based on business, legal, and contractual obligations.
2. What Can Be Returned and When
You can request a return or refund within 3 days of receiving the product, under the following conditions:
(a) You received a damaged, leaking, or defective product (e.g., broken bottle, leakage, etc.).
(b) You received a different product from what you ordered.
(c) The product appears different from what was shown on the website.
(d) There is a size or quantity mismatch in the delivered item.
(e) You are unsatisfied with the fragrance or quality due to a manufacturing fault.
IMPORTANT:
For any complaint related to damaged, empty, or tampered packaging, you must provide a clear unboxing video showing the full parcel opening process.
Without a valid unboxing video, your complaint cannot be entertained.
3. Products That Cannot Be Returned
The following products are non-returnable and non-refundable:
(a) Products that have been used, opened, or tested after delivery.
(b) Customized or limited-edition perfumes or gift boxes made on request.
(c) Consumable items like opened attar bottles, oils, or testers.
(d) Items purchased during sales, offers, or discounts.
(e) Personalized packaging or engraved bottles.
(f) Any item that is not in its original condition or packaging.
4. Conditions for Returning Products
To ensure smooth processing:
(a) Product must be returned in its original condition with all tags, labels, and bills.
(b) Product packaging must be intact and unsoiled.
(c) Replacement or refund will depend on product availability and quality verification.
5. Refund Process & Eligibility
To raise a refund request:

Mention your Order ID, attach images or videos of the issue, and describe the concern clearly.
Complaints must be raised within 3 days of product delivery.
Once approved, you must return the product to our given address within 7 days.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after inspection.
6. Cancellation Policy
(a) Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
(b) After 12 hours, orders move into processing and cannot be cancelled.
(c) Customized or special-order products cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
(d) If the order has not yet been dispatched, you may contact us for manual cancellation.
(e) Atteebulhindi reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or other unforeseen reasons.
