However, we understand that certain situations may arise where you may wish to return, exchange, or cancel an order. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

- You wish to return or exchange goods purchased due to a valid reason.
- You wish to request a refund for goods purchased, subject to conditions.
- You wish to cancel an order within a limited timeframe.

You can request a return or exchange strictly before the deadline (within 3 days of receiving the product), under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged, leaking, or defective product (e.g., broken bottle, leakage, etc.).
- You received a different product from what you ordered.
- The product appears different from what was shown on the website.
- There is a size or quantity mismatch in the delivered item.
3. Products That Cannot Be Returned
The following products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Products that have been used, opened, or tested after delivery.
- Customized or limited-edition perfumes or gift boxes made on request.
- Consumable items like opened attar bottles, oils, or testers.
- Items purchased during sales, offers, or discounts.
- Any item that is not in its original condition or packaging.
4. Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process
If your concern meets the conditions above, follow this process to initiate an exchange or return:
- If the new product is higher in price, you must pay the balance amount.
- If the new product is lower in price, the remaining balance will be adjusted against your shipping charges. Any leftover amount will be refunded directly to your bank account.

- Refunds are initiated strictly after the returned product is received and physically inspected at our facility.
- If the product arrives damaged due to careless repacking by the customer, or if the wrong product is sent back, the refund will not be initiated.
- If everything is verified successfully, your eligible refund (minus applicable shipping charges) will be processed to your original bank account within 7–10 working days.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
- After 12 hours, orders move into processing and cannot be cancelled.
- Customized or special-order products cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
- Atteebulhindi reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or other unforeseen reasons.
