- Account Creation: Users may browse and purchase products as a guest; however, creating an account is recommended to enhance and track your shopping experience.

Ordering & Payment
- Available Methods: We accept online payments via Razorpay and offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible locations.
- Security: All online transactions are securely encrypted and processed via Razorpay. Atteebulhindi does not store your sensitive credit/debit card details.
- Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Customized, engraved, or special-order products cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently fulfill orders across India via trusted logistics partners including Delhivery and Shiprocket. International shipping can be arranged upon special request.
Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are approximate. Atteebulhindi shall not be held liable for unforeseen delays caused by the courier service or external factors.
Returns & Refunds
All returns, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations are strictly governed by our dedicated Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
